this studio space ORIGINALLY a workshop built by geoRgian craftsmen lies in the heart of the beautiful conservation zone nestled in spitalfields - east london. the developed space will be used PREDOMINATELY as an offce, ALTHOUGH will lend itself to be a studio/gallery from time to time. we were appointed to ensure the space has a flexible lighting scheme to to cater for its mixed use. WE WORKED with the architect closely to enable us to deliver a scheme that reflected their interior design intent AND LIAISED directly with the contractors on site to ENSURE unCONVENTIONAL LIGHTING details IN MATERIALS SUCH AS board marked CONCRETE CEILINGS, folded steel staircases and bespoke iron BALUSTRADEs HAD INTEGRATED lighting details EXECUTED perfectly.                    Photography by Peter Landers
